CPC Borg Warner 78 Billet Diff Hat adds bearing-cap support, additional oil capacity and serviceable drain/fill hardware for high-load driveline use.

Fitment / application

Australian vehicle applications using the Borg Warner 78 nine-bolt differential. Confirm sway-bar and chassis clearance on modified vehicles.

  • 6061-T6 billet aluminium weighing under 2 kg
  • Two swivel load bolts support the bearing caps
  • Approximately 300 mL additional oil capacity
  • Clearance for standard and common replacement sway bars
