CPC Nissan RB25 Billet Intake Manifold is a full billet, configurable intake package for high-output RB25 combinations.

Fitment / application

Nissan RB25 applications. Confirm cylinder-head, throttle, injector and fuel-rail requirements for converted combinations.

Product construction and design

  • 6061 billet aluminium CNC-machined by CPC
  • Modular construction with internal bellmouths
  • O-ring sealed mating surfaces
  • Head flange, injector angle, runner taper and plenum volume developed as one airflow package
  • Designed and machined in-house on multi-axis Hurco and Haas CNC equipment
  • CPC manifold development informed by more than 15 years of intake-system experience
  • Stainless-steel fasteners

Package and installation details

  • Dual-feed -8AN billet fuel rail for 14 mm top-feed injectors
  • CPC cable throttle-body choices include TPS, flying loom and a low-mounted cable bracket; Bosch electronic throttle choices are also available
  • 1/4 NPT vacuum ports on the underside and provision for remote idle-control plumbing

Built by Boost & Tune is an authorised CPC dealer and can help confirm the configuration, fitment, finish, included hardware and installation requirements before production. Installation, fabrication and calibration support are available from our Melbourne workshop.
