GFB EX38 38 mm external wastegate — 7003
The EX38 has a 38 mm valve and stands 93 mm tall. GFB supplies it with a 10 psi spring; optional 5, 7 and 10 psi springs can be combined for other listed base pressures. The tapered inlet helps the transition into the valve, and the EX38 is directly compatible with TiAl MV-S flanges.
GFB uses a 253MA chromium-nickel stainless investment-cast body, a machined stainless valve, stainless weld-on hardware, a billet 6061 aluminium actuator housing and a Nomex-reinforced silicone diaphragm. An internal shroud helps protect the valve stem from heat and carbon build-up. V-band mounting; made in Australia under ISO 9001.
