BTR Trinity Intake Manifold | LS3

Overview

BTR Trinity Intake Manifold — LS3 is the rectangular-port LS version of Brian Tooley Racing's modular Trinity intake system, supplied through Harrop.

The BTR Trinity uses a short-runner, three-piece cast-aluminium architecture designed to bridge naturally aspirated and boosted LS applications. BTR specifies the manifold for an operating range of approximately 6,000–8,500 rpm and supports both drive-by-wire and cable throttle-body arrangements where the correct hardware is used.

Construction & Features

• Three-piece cast-aluminium design with interchangeable plenum architecture
• Eight O-rings sealing the runner-to-plenum interface
• Twenty M6 stainless-steel socket-head fasteners clamping the runner / plenum assembly
• SAE O-ring port sealing in machined dovetail grooves
• CNC-machined port mouth radius and port match
• Two 1/4-27 NPT ports beside the throttle-body boss
• One 3/8-18 NPT rear port
• Black Satin Texture powder-coat finish
• Semi-assembled supply with required manifold hardware

Fuel-System Integration

An optional BTR fuel-rail kit is available separately. Injector, rail, throttle-body and vacuum / sensor configuration must be planned as part of the complete induction and fuel-system package.

Installation Notes

Confirm bonnet clearance, throttle-body diameter and actuation, injector height, fuel-rail configuration and engine-management requirements before ordering. Professional installation and calibration are recommended for performance applications.
