Haltech Nexus Rebel LS Main Terminated Harness (HT-186500) is the main engine harness for Nexus Rebel LS ECU installations on supported GM LS engine combinations.

Main harness only — Nexus Rebel LS ECU and the required application-specific sub-harnesses are sold separately.

Designed as the foundation for

GM Gen III and Gen IV LS engine-management installations using the Nexus Rebel LS ECU.
Configurations using cable throttle or electronic throttle through the matching Rebel LS throttle adaptor.
Different injector connector styles through the matching EV1, EV6 or Multec 2 injector sub-harness.

Separate sub-harnesses / adaptors may be required

Injector sub-harness: EV1, EV6 or Multec 2.
Factory ignition connection.
Cable-throttle/IAC or DBW throttle adaptor.
Accelerator-pedal adaptor for DBW applications.
Alternator adaptor.
Transmission harness where required.
Gen III knock-sensor adaptor or Gen IV MAP/oil-pressure adaptors depending on the engine hardware.

Important

HT-186500 should be configured around the exact LS generation, injector connector, throttle, pedal, alternator and transmission combination. Do not assume the main harness by itself forms a complete ready-to-run Rebel LS kit.

Application Checks

Confirm ECU or vehicle compatibility, connector/harness requirements, sensor range, power and ground requirements, DBW or other control needs and the calibration strategy before ordering. Wiring and sensor setup should be completed against the relevant pinout and configured in the ECU before final testing.
