JDY BMW G8X S58 RHD 1000+ HP Top-Mount Single Turbo Kit is a complete right-hand-drive conversion package for G87 M2 and G80/G81/G82/G83 M3/M4 applications. The dedicated JDY engine catch-can package is included.

Turbo and wastegate choices

Choose from Precision 6870, 7275, 7675, 7480 and 8085 turbochargers, with external screamer-pipe or internally recirculated wastegate routing and the listed 0.96 or 1.15 A/R configuration. The package uses a Precision 60 mm dual-port wastegate.

Oil, coolant and heat management

AN4 PTFE/stainless-braided oil feed and AN10 PTFE return
Fire-resistant sleeves and hard-anodised CNC fittings
CNC coolant-relocation bracket, hoses, fasteners, quick-connects and wiring adaptors
Dedicated dual-port JDY catch can
304 stainless heat shields and ceramic thermal-barrier coating on key hot-side parts

Fuel-system safety

JDY relocates the OEM high-pressure fuel line away from turbine heat. JDY states a 350 bar design operating pressure and 450 bar test pressure for the revised line system.

Installation

This is a high-output motorsport conversion requiring professional mechanical installation, thermal management, fuel-system planning and ECU calibration. Confirm turbo sizing, A/R, wastegate routing, vehicle fitment and supporting modifications with Built by Boost & Tune before production.
