NPC Performance Twin-Plate Clutch – Ford Falcon XR8 BOSS is a genuine NPC Performance Clutches range supplied by Built by Boost & Tune, an authorised NPC clutch dealer and approved point of fitment.

Product Information

Organic offers the most street-friendly engagement. Cushioned Ceramic provides greater torque capability with a more progressive take-up than a full button clutch. Ceramic Button is a more aggressive high-load choice for hard road, drag or motorsport use. Twin Plate is used where still greater torque capacity or competition duty is required.

Installation & Bed-In

Professional installation is available through Built by Boost & Tune. Correct flywheel condition, input spline engagement, spigot support, release-bearing or CSC geometry, release travel and bellhousing clearance should be confirmed before installation. Where applicable, NPC recommends bedding a new clutch in with approximately 1,000 km of normal day-to-day driving before hard use.

Custom / Conversion Applications

Running a non-standard engine and transmission combination? Built by Boost & Tune can work with NPC to specify or manufacture a clutch and flywheel system to suit. Custom clutch plates, billet-steel pressure plates, flywheels, hydraulic CSC or pull-to-push arrangements, twin-plate assemblies, release-bearing carriers and spigot bushes can be supplied or made for supported conversion applications. Measurements or workshop inspection may be required.
