Plazmaman 500 hp compact water-to-air intercooler

A universal compact water-to-air unit rated by Plazmaman for up to 500 hp on petrol engines or approximately 300 hp on diesel engines up to 2 L at 15 psi. The supplier states an overall size of 90 H × 110 W × 340 L mm. Check the mounting space, charge-pipe direction and coolant-line routing in the vehicle.

Construction and configuration

• Lightweight compact core with CNC billet water tanks.
• Screw-in and bolt-on water fittings accommodate different hose or braided-line arrangements.
• Short charge piping can be used in a suitable water-to-air system; the full system needs an appropriate pump, heat exchanger and plumbing.
• Plazmaman recommends 2.5-inch outlets for the intended flow range, with alternative compatible layouts by enquiry.
