Plazmaman 500x300x100 Pro Series intercooler

Universal air-to-air intercooler with a 500 × 300 × 100 mm core. Plazmaman rates this model at approximately 900–1300 hp. Treat that rating as application guidance: engine size, turbocharger and pressure target affect core selection.

Construction and configuration

• Lightweight tube-and-fin race core; the standard supplier outlet is 3.5-inch / 90 mm hose style.
• Lower inlet and outlet end tanks with configurable hose or Plazmaclamp connections.
• Plazmaman recommends 3.0 or 3.5-inch outlets for the intended flow range.
