Plazmaman 550x300x100 Pro Series intercooler

Universal air-to-air intercooler with a 550 × 300 × 100 mm core. Plazmaman rates this model at approximately 1000–1400 hp. Treat that rating as application guidance: engine size, turbocharger and pressure target affect core selection.

Construction and configuration

• Lightweight tube-and-fin race core in the supplier standard configuration.
• Lower inlet and outlet end tanks with configurable hose or Plazmaclamp connections.
• Plazmaman recommends 3.0 or 3.5-inch outlets for the intended flow range.

Product Finish: Raw, Stealth Black or Polished; End Tank Style: Fabricated End Tanks or CNC Billet End Tanks; Outlet Style: 76 mm or 89 mm Hose Style or Plazmaclamp Style. The available combination and its price are shown in the product selectors.
