Plazmaman 600×300×135mm Billet-Tank GT-R Race Cooler — 2000HP is an Elite Series intercooler intended for high-boost Nissan GT-R applications where conventional 76mm and 100mm cores become the airflow restriction.

Core and construction

• 600 × 300 × 135mm high-capacity core package
• CNC billet end tanks for high-boost durability
• Tube-and-fin Race Core option for applications up to approximately 45 psi
• Bar-and-plate Big-Boost Core option for applications above approximately 45 psi
• Raw billet or Stealth Black finish
• 89mm or 100mm Plazmaclamp-style outlet selections in the BBT configurator

Fitment note

This is a physically large race intercooler. Plazmaman advises that rear front-bumper/bar trimming is required because of the tank thickness. Confirm chassis packaging, end-tank orientation, outlet size and charge-pipe layout before ordering.

Power-system planning

Maximum intercooler performance depends on engine capacity, turbocharger flow, boost pressure and vehicle airflow. For very high-output builds, choose the core and outlet package as part of the complete turbo/charge-pipe system rather than on nominal horsepower alone.
