Configuration Options

Select the required finish, throttle body, throttle-body inlet style, TPS, vacuum-port position, idle-air-control arrangement and burst-panel option from the available configurations. Bosch DBW combinations use the appropriate hose-style inlet and do not require a conventional TPS or IAC selection.

Important Fitment Notes

This manifold replaces the factory RB26 six-individual-throttle-body arrangement with a single throttle body and mounts directly to the cylinder head. Plazmaman advises that some aftermarket titanium stud kits are not compatible. On RB26/30 combinations, the additional block height raises the intake and can create clutch-booster clearance issues; an S15-style or similar clutch master-cylinder arrangement may be required.

Plazmaman currently advises approximately 4–6 weeks manufacturing time for this made-to-order product. Supplier-listed weight is approximately 9 kg. Built by Boost & Tune can assist with throttle-body selection, injectors and fuel-system specification, fabrication, DBW integration, installation and dyno calibration.
