PSR GTX28 Gen1 Gen2 Turbine Housings for PSR2860 PSR2867 PSR2871 Turbos

Overview

PSR PTX28 Gen1/Gen2 Turbine Housings are direct-bolt-on replacement / configuration housings for compatible Pulsar PSR2860, PSR2867 and PSR2871 turbochargers.

Installation Hardware

Pulsar identifies these as direct-bolt-on housings and supplies the required clamps / bolts for connection to the compatible bearing housing.

For T25 internal-gate housings, Pulsar's current kit description includes stainless clamps, housing bolts and T25 / 5-bolt stainless gaskets. Dual V-Band versions use the corresponding inlet/outlet flange hardware.

Fitment

For compatible Pulsar PSR2860 / PSR2867 / PSR2871 Gen1 and Gen2 turbochargers. Select the inlet, outlet, A/R and wastegate style to match the manifold, downpipe and boost-control system.

Stainless steel wrapped housing option

Where the stainless steel wrapped style is selected with a turbine housing, Pulsar adds an external stainless heat-retaining wrap around that housing to help contain radiant heat near the turbine. Standard Housing and Stainless Steel Wrapped Housing are separate selectable styles; the wrapped style costs extra.

Pulsar advises allowing 1–2 weeks for a wrapped housing when it is not in stock. BBT can confirm current availability and dispatch timing for the chosen configuration.

A stainless steel turbine housing, where offered in the Turbine Housing menu, describes the housing material. The stainless steel wrapped style describes an additional external covering. Check both selections against the configuration you intend to buy.
