Pulsar external wastegate turbine housing for Ford Falcon BA/BF XR6. The 5-bolt design is intended to work with the standard BA/BF exhaust manifold. Select the version that matches your turbo before ordering.

Turbine housing specifications

• T3 turbine inlet, 5-bolt outlet and 1.06 A/R housing.
• Pulsar lists GTX35 turbine-wheel fitment; choose the correct turbo-specific housing from the Turbo Selection menu.
• Designed for a 45 mm external wastegate. Available wastegate selections include compatible PSR Next Gen 45 mm and Turbosmart Gen V Hypergate 45 mm options.

Choose the correct configuration

Turbo Selection covers GT/GTX35 3576, 3582 and 3584 models and factory Ford-style turbos, GTX3584RS, and Pulsar PSR Gen 3. Select the matching version for your turbo and check the 5-bolt outlet and manifold interfaces.

Choose the housing on its own or add a compatible 45 mm external wastegate. The Turbosmart Gen V Hypergate choices are listed as 14 psi in the selector. Wastegate model, finish and final price follow the selected variant.

Standard or stainless steel wrapped housing

The optional stainless steel wrapped style places an external stainless heat-retaining layer around the turbine housing to help reduce radiant heat around the turbine area. Pulsar advises allowing 1–2 weeks for a wrapped housing when stock is unavailable; contact BBT for the current availability and dispatch estimate.

• Selected turbine housing.
• Three-layer stainless steel gaskets and a screamer pipe, as listed by Pulsar.
• Mounting plates, clamps and installation hardware where applicable to the housing selected.
• An external wastegate only when a wastegate option is selected.

If you select the PSR Next Gen wastegate

Pulsar specifies an adjustable actuator position, a high-temperature silicone diaphragm reinforced with Nomex, and stainless steel seat, valve bushing, housing and flanges. The PSR wastegate option includes V-band inlet and outlet flanges and clamps. These wastegate details apply to the PSR Next Gen selection only.
