PSR 3584 Gen 3 Series Turbine Housings

Overview

PSR 3584 Gen3 Turbine Housings are direct-bolt-on rear housings for compatible Pulsar PSR3584 Gen3 turbochargers. They allow the same core turbo platform to be configured for different manifold, exhaust and wastegate layouts.

Turbo Compatibility

Pulsar's current Gen3 PSR3584 uses a 67 × 84 mm compressor wheel and larger 74 × 66 mm turbine wheel. The turbo family supports T3, T4 and Dual V-Band turbine arrangements, making housing choice a critical part of the final manifold/downpipe configuration.

Installation

Pulsar identifies the Gen3 housings as direct-bolt-on for the compatible turbo and supplies clamps / bolts for the bearing-housing connection. Confirm turbine inlet, outlet, A/R, internal/external wastegate arrangement and exhaust fabrication requirements before ordering.

Stainless steel wrapped housing style

Pulsar offers Standard Housing and an extra-cost Stainless Steel Wrapped Housing style where applicable to the selected turbine housing. This external stainless covering is intended to help contain radiant heat at the turbine. The style selection applies to the housing chosen in the turbine housing menu.

Pulsar advises allowing 1–2 weeks for a wrapped housing if it is not available from stock. BBT can confirm availability and dispatch timing for the exact selected configuration.
