Pulsar Turbo Blankets

PULSAR turbo blankets are thermal-management covers for compatible turbine housings, helping contain radiant exhaust heat around the turbocharger and reduce heat transfer into nearby wiring, hoses, intake plumbing and bodywork.

Choosing the correct blanket

Match the blanket to the turbine-housing family and physical housing shape, not compressor size alone. Internal-wastegate and external-wastegate housings can require different blanket shapes, and some vehicle-specific housings use unique geometry.

Installation notes

Install only on the turbine/exhaust side and keep the blanket clear of moving linkage, wastegate mechanisms and oil/water connections. Inspect periodically for contamination or heat damage.

Select compatible hardware

Match the selected size or configuration to the turbocharger, wastegate or pipework it will connect to. Check mating flanges, diameter and installation clearance before ordering.
