Spool 2.4Litre 4G63 Stroker Kit

The Spool Mitsubishi 4G63 Stroker Kit Includes:

• SPOOL 4340 100mm Stroker Crankshaft
• SPOOL H Beam Forged Conrods
• CP Pistons with rings pins and locks

Mitsubishi 4G63 100mm 4340 Stroker Crankshaft

Note: The 4G63 engine in its factory form has a 85mm bore and 88mm stroke, giving a displacement of 1997cc.

Using the 100mm stroker crank, std length conrods and custom pistons, the displacement is increased as follows:

• 85.5mm bore and the 100mm stroker crank = 2297cc / 300cc increase
• 86 mm bore and the 100mm stroker crank = 2324cc / 327cc increase

Note: If conrod to block interference occurs , slight clearancing maybe required

• Piston Diameter: +0.5mm; +1mm; STD (Special Order)
• Piston Comp Ratio: 8.5:1(7 bolt), 9:1(EVO 8-9); 9:1(7 bolt), 9.5:1(EVO 8-9); 9.5:1(7 bolt), 10.5:1(EVO 8-9)
• Piston Pin Upgrades: No Pin Upgrade; 9310 0.200" Pins; 9310 0.250" Pins

4G63. Match the selected dimensions, engine generation and rotating assembly specification before machining or assembly.

Installation and BBT workshop support

Confirm block and head configuration, finished bore size, bearing clearances, compression ratio and crank trigger compatibility. Block clearancing and rotating assembly balancing may be required.
