Spool Nissan TB48 Stroker Kit

Nissan TB48 Stroker Kit:

• SPOOL Billet 4340 full counter weight 108mm nitrided Stroker Crankshaft
• SPOOL H Beam Forged Conrods with ARP2000 7/16 Bolts
• CP Custom Pistons with rings pins and locks
• Pistons can be ordered in any bore size, any compression ratio and to suit turbo or naturally aspirated applications

This kit increases the cubic capacity from 4.8 Litres to 5.1 Litres

Full billet 4340 Nitrided and Balanced Crankshaft

With the increased cubic capacity from the 108mm stroker crank, big increases in torque and low to mid range power are achievable. Boost will come on earlier in the rev range and peak power will increase.

Note:Some cylinder block clearancing is required for installation

• Conrod Option: Spool H-Beam ARP2000 7/16 Bolt; Spool H-Beam ARP L19 7/16 Bolt
• Pin Upgrade: No Upgrade; 9310 .250"; 300M .250"

Engine build fitment

TB48. Match the selected dimensions, engine generation and rotating assembly specification before machining or assembly.

Installation and BBT workshop support

Confirm block and head configuration, finished bore size, bearing clearances, compression ratio and crank trigger compatibility. Block clearancing and rotating assembly balancing may be required.
