Stainless-steel oil restrictor for compatible PSR Gen 2/3 ball-bearing turbochargers, including the listed PSR28/30/35 and PTG 49G/55G/62G families.
Purpose
A correctly sized restrictor limits oil supply to the ball-bearing centre section where required, helping prevent excessive oil flow through the turbocharger.
Important
Oil pressure, feed-line size, drain quality and turbo orientation all affect lubrication. Do not use a restrictor to mask an inadequate oil drain or an engine oil-pressure problem.
