Overview

Walton Motorsport BMW B58 Gen1 Type B High-Mount Turbo Manifold is Walton's large-frame single-turbo manifold for Gen1 B58 builds where outright airflow and turbocharger capacity take priority over the smaller, response-focused Type A package. The high-mount layout provides additional space and service access for larger turbocharger combinations.

Supported Package Components

Walton currently offers supporting hardware around this manifold including large-frame turbocharger choices, downpipe options, StraightGate50 hardware, turbo oil-line components and a Type B boost pipe. The exact final package depends on turbocharger and vehicle specification, and custom fabrication may still be required.

Built to order. Walton currently advises a typical manifold build time of approximately 2–4 weeks. Production timing is indicative and can change with supplier workload.

Installation & Calibration

This is the foundation of a custom single-turbo conversion rather than a complete bolt-on system. Professional installation, exhaust / intake fabrication where required and ECU calibration are recommended.
