Overview

Walton Motorsport BMW N54 RHD Single-Turbo Manifold is designed specifically around right-hand-drive N54 engine-bay and steering packaging. It replaces the factory twin-turbo arrangement with a single Garrett V-Band turbo system.

Supporting Conversion Components

Walton currently offers supporting ProGate50, 3.5-inch downpipe, screamer / wastegate dump pipe and V-Band exhaust hardware. Turbocharger and turbo-connection components are selected separately.

Walton also lists additional RHD N54 chassis including E60/E61, E71 and F01. Those applications are not automatically added to BBT vehicle routes where an exact current finder path is unavailable; contact BBT for fitment review.

Built to order. Walton currently advises a typical manifold build time of approximately 2–4 weeks. Production timing is indicative and can change with supplier workload.

Installation & Calibration

Converting an N54 from factory twins to a single turbo is a substantial mechanical installation involving turbocharger, exhaust, wastegate, oil / coolant and engine-management systems. Professional installation and tuning are strongly recommended.
