Yella Terra’s CNC-machined billet-steel flexplate is designed as a stronger replacement for the factory pressed-steel flexplate in high-output Ford BA–BF and FG/FG-X 4.0L Barra turbo and naturally aspirated automatic applications. The rigid billet construction is aimed at high-output street, drag and motorsport combinations where torsional load can fret or distort the OEM plate.

YT 9921HD is Yella Terra’s reinforced chromoly version for extreme torque applications. The supplier positions it for 1000+ hp combinations and uses a reinforced crank-mounting area, eight machined slots and dowel locators while retaining a factory-specification ring gear.

Installation: Confirm crank register, converter pattern, spacing and fastener length before assembly. Use the engine/transmission manufacturer’s correct fastener and tightening procedure.
