CPC / EFI Hardware Toyota 2JZ-GE DCOE 45 mm ITB Kit pairs CPC’s one-piece billet DCOE manifold with a fully assembled EFI Hardware 45 mm individual-throttle package.

Fitment / application

Toyota 2JZ-GE and 2JZ-GE VVT-i cylinder heads. It does not fit 2JZ-GTE or 2JZ-GTE VVT-i turbo cylinder heads.

Product construction and design

One-piece billet aluminium DCOE manifold
Six precision-assembled throttle bodies with shafts cut to the manifold
Linkages fitted and adjusted before supply; final adjustment is required on the running engine
6-degree throttle plates for more progressive off-idle airflow
Bearing-supported, centreless-ground brass throttle shafts
Overall length approximately 215 mm from velocity-stack end to intake-port flange

Package and installation details

Uses the original 2JZ-GE fuel rail and injectors
Base kit does not include injectors, a fuel rail or a TPS
TPS drive uses an 8 mm shaft with a 6 mm D-flat and 32 mm mounting-hole PCD
