Suggested fitment parts

Choose a connector adaptor, plug/pigtail or injector-height part only when your selected injector/application requires it. Direct-fit injector kits may already include the correct adaptor, plug or extension.

Fitment check: injector body length, top/bottom O-ring diameter and electrical connector must all match the rail, manifold and vehicle harness. If unsure, contact Boost & Tune before ordering.

Injector selection

Select the required injector family and flow rate from the product dropdown. Each choice must be calibrated using the data for that exact injector and the fuel pressure used in the vehicle.

Connector, length and O-ring check

Current XS 1000 and XS 1100 application sets are direct-wiring fitments. The XS 1000 example uses a 65 mm full-length body, 14 mm top O-ring and eight height extensions.

Use the Suggested fitment parts selector only where the chosen injector requires a wiring adaptor, connector, extension or spacer. Do not add hardware already included with a direct-fit application kit.

Installation and calibration

Professional installation is recommended. After changing injector flow rate, the ECU calibration must be updated for injector flow, dead time/latency, fuel pressure and fuel type.
