Haltech Boost Control Solenoid provides ECU-controlled pneumatic boost regulation for turbocharged applications. Choose the port configuration to suit the wastegate plumbing and boost-control strategy.

Select solenoid configuration

3 Port 33Hz — HT-020400: conventional three-port boost-control solenoid supplied with hose fittings, rubber-isolated mount and matching Deutsch DTM-2 connector set.
4 Port — HT-020401: four-port solenoid for applications requiring a wider boost-control range; includes four 1/8 NPT-to-barb fittings, brass vent, DTM-2 connector set, isolated mount and bracket.

Installation and tuning

Both solenoids use 1/8 NPT ports and are controlled from a suitable ECU output. Wastegate plumbing and control tables must match the chosen solenoid configuration. Haltech specifically notes that changing from a three-port to a four-port strategy requires boost-control settings to be retuned.
