Haltech Nexus IO16 is a CAN-based input/output expander for compatible Haltech Nexus and Elite systems, adding sixteen user-configurable channels without replacing the main ECU.

IO16 channel capability

6 analogue voltage inputs with 0–5V readable range and selectable 1k pull-up to 5V.
4 synchronised pulsed inputs suitable for reluctor or digital signals.
6 half-bridge outputs rated to 8A sink/source, 0–100% duty cycle and up to 2.2kHz switching.
3 regulated 5V sensor supplies and 4 sensor-ground connections.
Integrates through Haltech CAN with compatible Nexus ECU/VCU/dash and Elite ECU systems.

Important: the IO16 half-bridge outputs are not intended to drive a drive-by-wire throttle. When using the half-bridge outputs, the IO16 must be powered through the correct constant-power and power-ground pins.
