Haltech Nexus R3 Ford Barra Terminated Harness (HT-186405) is a purpose-built engine loom for supported BA, BF and FG Barra conversions using a Nexus R3 VCU.

Supported engines

BA Barra 240T / XR6 Turbo.
BF Barra 190 naturally aspirated and Barra 245T / XR6 Turbo.
FG Barra 270T / XR6 Turbo.

Included

Main terminated harness.
BA/BF and FG accelerator-pedal adaptors.
BA/BF and FG throttle adaptors.
BA 2-pin and BF/FG 3-pin alternator adaptors.
Cabin adaptor harness.
Opposing connectors/pins for boost control, TMAP, intake-runner solenoids, spare I/O and transmission breakout.

Ignition choice

The standard Ford 2-pin Barra coils do not contain internal ignitors. When retaining those coils, the appropriate Haltech HPI external igniter and adaptor hardware are required. Haltech's HT-120205 R35 conversion provides an alternative that does not require the external HPI.

Sold separately

Injector and ignition sub-harnesses/igniter hardware are not included with the main terminated harness.
