Haltech Nexus T ECU

Haltech Nexus T ECU is the compact single-connector Nexus platform for straightforward universal EFI and performance installations.

Throttle compatibility — Cable throttle only: Nexus T1 and T2 do not provide drive-by-wire throttle control.

Use the selectors to choose the ECU model, required wiring harness and optional CAN wideband controller.

Selectable package options

• ECU: Nexus T1 or Nexus T2.
• Harness: ECU only, Basic 2.5m universal wire-in harness, or Premium 2.5m universal wire-in harness with the expanded power/relay arrangement.
• Wideband: no controller, WB1 Bosch single-channel CAN wideband kit, or WB2 Bosch dual-channel CAN wideband kit.

Wideband note: Nexus T1/T2 do not have an onboard wideband controller. Closed-loop O2 and wideband logging require an external CAN wideband such as the selected WB1 or WB2 kit.

Nexus T1 — HT-210000

• Up to 4 cylinders or 2 rotors.
• 4 peak-and-hold injector outputs.
• 4 ignition outputs.

Nexus T2 — HT-211000

• Up to 6 cylinders or 3 rotors.
• 6 peak-and-hold injector outputs.
• 6 ignition outputs.

• Internal 4 bar MAP sensor.

• Trigger/home inputs plus synchronised pulsed input.
• Single knock input/shared SPI.
• 1 CAN network.
• USB-C, Wi-Fi and Haltech Connect App support.
• 32MB onboard logging and four-channel oscilloscope.
• Flex fuel, closed-loop O2 via external CAN wideband, boost control, traction, launch, rolling anti-lag, nitrous, variable cam and engine protection strategies.

Important limitations

Nexus T1/T2 do not provide drive-by-wire throttle control or onboard wideband control. Add an external CAN wideband controller where lambda control/logging is required.

Generic CAN (GCAN) — Current Beta Feature

Haltech identifies this Nexus ECU / display platform as eligible for Generic CAN (GCAN), its user-programmable CAN messaging feature. GCAN is provided at no additional licence cost on eligible Nexus hardware and can also be enabled on existing eligible units through the applicable firmware update.

• Create custom CAN messages for supported third-party devices and systems.
• Useful for OEM dash retention, CAN sensors, steering-wheel / switch controls, ABS data, loggers and other custom CAN integrations.
• Haltech currently specifies support for up to 30 CAN frames and 200 signals.

Important: GCAN is currently released by Haltech as a beta feature. Access requires opting into the applicable beta software / firmware through NSP. Check Haltech's current GCAN release instructions before updating, back up the existing configuration first and verify all connected-device operation after the update.
