Haltech Nexus Ti6L Transmission Interface Kit - GM 6L Series

Haltech Nexus Ti6L Transmission Interface Kit - GM 6L Series (HT-196002) enables a compatible Nexus ECU or VCU to integrate with and control supported GM 6L-series automatic transmissions through the factory transmission control module.

Supported transmissions

• GM 6L80.
• GM 6L90.
• Transmission must be running a Haltech-supported TCM operating-system version.

Compatibility

• Compatible with Nexus-series ECUs and VCUs, including Rebel LS.
• Does not support Elite, Platinum or Legacy ECUs.
• Plug-and-play with the Nexus Rebel LS ECU terminated harness via the transmission breakout.

Important early-access note

Haltech currently identifies the Ti6L as an early-access product. Some TCM operating-system versions may require the OS binary to be extracted with a third-party tool and supplied to Haltech for support.

Built by Boost & Tune is an authorised Haltech dealer. We can verify the transmission and TCM combination, install the Ti6L, complete CAN integration and calibrate the transmission as part of the full vehicle package.

Application Checks

Confirm ECU or vehicle compatibility, connector/harness requirements, sensor range, power and ground requirements, DBW or other control needs and the calibration strategy before ordering. Wiring and sensor setup should be completed against the relevant pinout and configured in the ECU before final testing.
