Haltech Nexus Rebel JZ Kit – HT-220205 is a complete current-generation engine-management and terminated-harness package developed specifically for Toyota JZ swap and performance applications.

Important compatibility notes

Haltech does not list support in this kit for Toyota ETCS-i semi-drive-by-wire throttle, distributor ignition, wasted-spark ignition, low-impedance injectors or the factory sequential twin-turbo control arrangement. Confirm the engine hardware before ordering.

Integration and tuning

The Rebel JZ uses Haltech NSP software and a JZ-specific setup wizard, and is designed to integrate with compatible Haltech dashes, PDMs, sensor kits and accessories. A setup wizard or base configuration is not a finished calibration; the engine must be tuned for its actual injectors, fuel, turbocharger, boost target and supporting hardware.

Built by Boost & Tune is an authorised Haltech dealer. Professional JZ harness installation, R35-coil integration, flex-fuel and boost-control setup, sensor installation and dyno calibration are available.

Throttle / DBW suitability

Cable or DBW conversion: Cable throttle is supported as supplied. A Bosch drive-by-wire conversion is supported with the optional HT-186162 DBW throttle sub-harness and a suitable accelerator-pedal position (APP) assembly. The factory Toyota ETCS-i semi-DBW system is not supported.
