Manta Performance exhaust system for Nissan Navara D40 2.5L Turbo Diesel Thai Built Automatic (With DPF) April 2007 – 2015.

Complete "turbo back" Manta exhaust system - available in 3" fully mandrel bent aluminised or stainless steel tubing, with the option of leaving out the DPF.

The turbo back system does require a recalibration of the vehicle’s Engine Control Unit (ECU) to remove certain functions associated with the DPF system. This is intended for off-road or race use only.

A popular upgrade for the D40 YD25 2.5L turbo diesel Navara is the fitment of a full 3" Manta exhaust system. Our exhaust can replace the entire factory exhaust system, including the dump pipe, running from the turbo face right through to the tail section.

A Turbo Back kit, includes recalibrated DPF sensors to ensure no engine management issues, is available (intended for off road use only). A number of different muffler combinations can be chosen from, producing different noise levels, from the quiet system with two mufflers, through to our loudest version with no mufflers at all!

Replacing your standard exhaust with the full Manta 3” version has a number of positive effects including reduced turbo lag, improved responsiveness, reduced exhaust gas temperatures, increased power and torque, and reduced fuel consumption. The biggest benefits are seen when the exhaust is combined with the Sting Power Module, which gives large increases in power and torque, whilst further reducing fuel consumption when combined with the exhaust.

Following the same path as the factory system, and using all of the factory mounts, the Manta exhaust system is designed to be as easy as possible to fit, and is not a conspicuous addition to your car.
