NPC Performance Super Heavy Duty Clutch & Flywheel Package – Toyota 86 / Subaru BRZ is a genuine NPC Performance Clutches product supplied by Built by Boost & Tune, an authorised NPC clutch dealer and approved point of fitment.

Higher-capacity clutch and dedicated flywheel package for Toyota 86 and Subaru BRZ applications requiring more torque capacity than the factory-size clutch architecture.

Fitment / Application

Toyota 86 ZN6 and Subaru BRZ ZC6 manual applications listed by NPC. Confirm model/build date before ordering.

Kit Specification

Uses a dedicated 240 mm WRX-derived clutch architecture in place of the original 230 mm clutch.
Matched solid flywheel included.
Package is listed by NPC for applications up to approximately 300 RWkW.
Clutch and flywheel are a matched system.

Installation & Bedding

Professional installation is available through Built by Boost & Tune. Flywheel condition, input spline engagement, spigot support, release-bearing or CSC geometry, release travel and bellhousing clearance should be confirmed before installation. NPC fitting guidance recommends approximately 1,000 km of normal road driving to bed in a new clutch before hard use.

Custom Applications & Transmission Conversions

For non-standard engine and gearbox combinations, Built by Boost & Tune can work with NPC to specify a suitable clutch, flywheel and release system. Custom clutch plates, pressure-plate solutions, flywheels, hydraulic CSC arrangements, twin-plate assemblies, release-bearing carriers and spigot bushes can be catered for, and BBT can fabricate supporting conversion components where required. Measurements or workshop inspection may be required before quoting.
