Plazmaman 480x320x63 Pro Series intercooler

This universal air-to-air intercooler uses a 480 × 320 × 63 mm core. Plazmaman rates it at approximately 640 hp for petrol applications and 520 hp for diesel applications. Output ratings are sizing guidance, not an engine-power guarantee.

Construction and fitment

• Lightweight tube-and-fin race core.
• Fabricated lower inlet and outlet tanks, with hose or Plazmaclamp connections depending on the selected configuration.
• Plazmaman recommends a 2.5-inch / 63 mm minimum outlet for this 63 mm core series; the 100 mm core series generally calls for 3.0 to 3.5 inches.
