Supplied through Built by Boost & Tune, an authorised Plazmaman dealer, reseller and point-of-fitment workshop.

Application & Rating

Universal water-to-air charge-cooling package rated to approximately 600hp (450hp diesel), intended for small 4- and 6-cylinder applications. Plazmaman lists general use around 10–24psi for petrol applications and 15–20psi for diesel applications.

Kit Contents

• 600hp W2A intercooler unit — approximately 97H × 114W × 390mm, straight 63mm outlets
• 500 × 300 × 40mm W2A radiator
• 12-inch Panasonic thermo fan fitted to radiator
• Current Plazmaman specification: 20L Bosch water pump
• Remote filler neck when selected/required
• 4m of quality 19mm ID W2A hose
• 1.5m of 6mm ID bleed hose
• Radiator cap and universal overflow bottle
• Thermo-fan and water-pump relays/wiring
• Installation hardware and W2A flow diagram

Verified Online Options

Choose Product Finish and W2A Filler. The welded filler option requires the requested filler location to be advised with the order.

Supply Information

This is a custom built-to-order Plazmaman product. Current manufacturer guidance is approximately 4–6 weeks to manufacture, subject to current production demand.

Not included: vehicle-specific mounting brackets, charge piping or silicone charge-pipe couplers. These can be fabricated/supplied separately to suit the installation.

Workshop Installation

Built by Boost & Tune can design and install the complete W2A system, including mounting, charge piping, water plumbing, electrical integration and commissioning. Freight, fabrication and installation are not included unless specifically quoted.
