High-capacity billet air-to-water charge-cooler manifold from Pulsar Turbo Systems for BMW S58-powered M and X models. The assembly replaces the factory intake / charge-cooler manifold with a fully CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminium system designed around a substantially larger integrated heat exchanger and more even cylinder-to-cylinder airflow.

• Integrated high-flow AN8 fuel-rail provisions
• Compatible with Bosch EV14-style injectors
• Six top-mounted NPT ports for methanol, nitrous or sensor integration
• Two lower NPT ports for boost reference, MAP sensing or other pressure connections
• Stainless-steel threaded inserts at the plenum-to-runner interface for repeated servicing
• Retains OEM mounting locations and serviceability

Installation & Fuelling

This manifold is intended for high-performance S58 applications. Port-injection hardware, injectors, fuel supply, charge-cooling plumbing and calibration must be specified for the final engine and power target.
