All Spool Conrods come standard with ARP 2000 Fasteners.

These are a direct fit Conrod for all Toyota 1VD-FTV V8 4.L Diesel Engines.

These conrods feature:

• ARP 2000 Fasteners
• High tensile 4340 forged steel
• 2 Piece forging
• Hardness of HRC36-42
• Dowelled caps for precision alignment
• X-RAY & Sonic tested
• Quenching and heat treated
• Shot peened
• 100% Magnafluxed
• Weight Matched Sets + - 1 gram
• Vacuum degassed to remove impurities.

No bearings are included.

Engine build fitment

1VD-FTV. Match the selected dimensions, engine generation and rotating assembly specification before machining or assembly.

Installation and BBT workshop support

Confirm centre-to-centre length, journal dimensions, pin diameter and bolt clearance. Use the fastener manufacturer’s instructions for lubricant, tightening and stretch measurements.
