ABHA 308-3 is the assembled version of Yella Terra’s Dash-3 Hi-Port alloy cylinder-head package for compatible early Holden 253/308 carburetted V8 engines. It combines the raised-port alloy casting with a supplier-assembled valve and spring package.
Assembled Dash-3 specification
- Pair of assembled alloy Hi-Port heads.
- Approximately 1.940-inch intake valves.
- Approximately 1.600-inch exhaust valves.
- High-lift double valve springs.
- Chromoly retainers.
- Yella Terra advertises approximately 490 hp potential in a correctly matched out-of-box combination.
Installation: Confirm intake-manifold alignment for the raised ports and verify spring pressure, cam lift, piston-to-valve clearance and rocker geometry for the final engine.
