Yella Terra’s V2 Stealth is a complete low-profile water-to-air intercooler system for the supercharged Holden 3.8L L67 V6. It is designed to sit beneath the factory M90 supercharger while retaining the original fuel rails and engine cover for a near-OEM engine-bay appearance.
Billet Stealth intercooler assembly
- 20 mm low-profile intercooler stack.
- CNC-machined billet-alloy mounting plates for stable sealing between the supercharger and intake manifold.
- All-alloy construction avoids the warping, cracking and heat/oil brittleness associated with some composite plate designs.
- Single-pass inner-core coolant path maximises the cold-water temperature differential through the charge cooler.
- Rubber core mounts help isolate the intercooler from engine heat soak.
Complete cooling system
- 40 mm thick triple-pass alloy front heat exchanger.
- High-volume intercooler water pump.
- Billet-alloy coolant reservoir.
- Designed for typical boost upgrades in the approximately 10–15 psi range.
- Supplied as a complete installation package.
Application: Holden Commodore VS–VY models using the supercharged L67 V6.
Setup: Boost, fuel-system capacity and ECU calibration should be checked whenever supercharger drive ratio is increased.
